Blackstage lookbook – Sun was high
Blackstage is a project I’ve been working on for the past year and it’s finally here! I created this online store along with a friend with the purpose of offering unique, bohemian and fun pieces for those gypsy souls that love to travel, listen to music and just wear breezy and fun clothing.For the first collection, ‘Sun was high’ we captured the island life in two scenarios that define this life style: the beach and the desert. “The sky needs a black backdrop for the stars to shine.” Said Mara Hoffman regarding her Fall 2014 collection. We are used to her colorful and vibrant pieces but this time she switched up. Her biggest inspiration this season was from
Northern Africa, Moroccan rugs, Egyptian camels, and Bedouin jewelry. The collection offers a lot of variety. Mixing and matching won’t be a problem.

LATEST OBSESSION: Wide brim hats
I recently bought my first wide brim fedora and I fell in love! I’ve never been able to wear hats that much because I have a big head (I need it to keep all this ideas) so its very hard to find hats that fit me. Now that I’ve discovered a new world of hats by size on ebay, I can’t stop browsing around looking for this kind of hat. For festival season I really want to get another one but in grey or brown. Wide brim hats make any bohemian outfit 10 times better! ❤

One of my favorite singers and style inspiration, Chela, just released her new EP Zero along side an awesome video. I really love the track and of course the coolness she brings to her video.
