The other day I found this post from Free People’s blog and figured that its right up my alley.There aren’t any better pictures to express how you feel when practicing yoga. I have been practicing yoga now for a year and I have to say that I really feel a change in my mind and body. It has really helped me stay centered and mostly to feel balanced not only physically but also spiritually. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did.
